Teraz jest ponad 120, ale przybywa ich bardzo szybko. Zdaniem ekspertów zakładana liczba jest do osiągnięcia już w przyszłym roku.
- Program REPowerEU wskazywał, że w 2030 r. społeczności energetyczne powinny istnieć w każdej gminie z co najmniej 10 tys. mieszkańców. Takich gmin jest w Polsce ok. 800 – mówi Agnieszka Stupkiewicz prawniczka z Fundacji Frank Bold.
- Jej zdaniem szacunki ujęte w KPEiK są zaniżone, a podana liczba 300 spółdzielni może być osiągnięta już za 1,5 roku.

The National Energy and Climate Plan (NECP), the draft of which was released a few weeks ago, estimates that by 2030 there will be approximately 300 energy communities in Poland. Currently, there are over 120, but their number is growing rapidly. According to the expert, this number can be achieved as early as next year.
- The REPowerEU program indicated that by 2030, energy communities should exist in every municipality with at least 10,000 residents. There are approximately 800 such municipalities in Poland, says Agnieszka Stupkiewicz, a lawyer at the Frank Bold Foundation.
- She believes the estimates included in the NECP are understated, and the stated number of 300 cooperatives could be reached in as little as 1.5 years.
